eric Gomez said… - when i was about 20 years old (32 now) i read this article/interview of dimeback darrell about touring,i remember that he was talking about how he used to set up his rig,one of the things that made me remember this article was that he mentioned that he didn't use plug his pedals to electrical outlets (instead he would use batteries) because he didn't like the fact that he was so close to electricity in a concert where people would throw cups at the stage fearing being electrocuted, this makes me think that he kind of knew that he was supposed to be on a stage until his last day.
