down... Meh. Personally, I think Phil's work in Pantera and Superjoint Ritual was soooo much better. down is a good band, don't misunderstand me, but it cowers in comparison to Pantera and other descendants of Pantera. Phil's vocals in down just really don't have the same aggression or range... I bought this album... costed me $20. I promptly burned a copy, then put it back in the package and sealed it with a lighter and took it back. Good album, but soo not worth my money. Let alone 20 fuckin' dollars when I can buy much better albums for $10-$15. I give it 4/10

Favorite Down album so far.. Very awesome, the emotion in Phil's voice, the riffs, everything, just beautiful

Like the new album better than the second, but nothing can compare to their first. Songs like Stone the Crow & Bury Me In Smoke are incredible. Saw them live at Harpo's in Detroit recently and they were amazing.

I'm not going to lie, I really don't like Down III. The first two albums were great but since when is phil emo haha. I remember all his shit from Viking Crown and Necrophagia. Now that was Phil at his best lol

i thought down 3 was awesome phils voice is amazing in it. phils not emo man! im shocked at that statement :o!

yeah i totally agree..he has ALOT of emotion in his voice. But that does not mean at all that you should call him that. I never even thought of it so yeah pretty shocking what you said there. I mean, we all know what Phil's about

haha I think my problem is Im so used to hearing Phil scream and bitch about shit so I've always seen him as a tough as you know? He looks a hell of a lot different now too.
