Phil's family
I came across a website about Philip Anselmo's (phil's dad) restaurant and i was wondering if Phil is actually in contact with his father or anyone in his family.. I always thought he wasn't, cause of the whole thing about him burning down his house and living at friends' homes. And "25 years" ?. Also didn't have any idea he had so many siblings haha.. hmm 21 year old twin sisters... Philip Anselmo's sisters..
Anyway..out of the whole thing this is the only part where Phil got mentioned:
"Phil's mom taught me so many wonderful recipes," says Tina, a very talented cook. While one of Phil's 21-year-old twin daughters serves as a waitress, an older son cooks in the kitchen. The Anselmos' 12-year-old daughter sometimes can be heard singing at the restaurant for special guests, per her father's request. The oldest son, a Grammy-winning musician with the band Pantera, has some of his awards mounted throughout the handsome bar that flanks the restaurant.

As one of the "21 year old twins" who is now thirty I couldn't ask for a better big brother. Yeah, there are plenty of us and maybe we didn't grow up in the Cleaver household, but we are all in contact and all love each other very much. My brother in my opinion is one of the most influential and talented musicians in the industry not just metal. And while I wish our younger years could have been different I believe that a lot of good lyrics have come from his experiences and probably there are many people who can relate to them. His passion for music continues as he has a huge heart of gold. Love ya' Phil.
